- After 1 pm: Check in. Choose your own bedroom. We may have to have two in a room depending how many we end up being. Arrive and enjoy free time.
- 5:30 pm (or once Eric, Cara, and Alex have arrived and they’ve started warming up supper): Opening Prayer (Peggy) followed by Supper
- After supper: Session A (Peggy)
- Evening: Games
Saturday, September 17
- Before 9:30 am: Breakfast
- 9:45 am: Opening Prayer (Kathy)
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (including a break): Brief History of the Friends (Kathy)
- Discussion questions for our presentation at the November Sisters’ Assembly (Carolyn)
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:30 pm: Quiet time/ enjoying nature/ filming for video
- 4:00 – 5:00 pm: Finalizing our decisions (Carolyn and Kathy)
- 5:30 pm: Supper
- After supper for about an hour: Session E if necessary
- Evening: Games and filming for video
Sunday, September 18
- 8:30 am: Breakfast and prep for liturgy with Sunday by Sunday
- 10:00 am: Depart for liturgy — 15 minute drive time
- 10:30 am: Liturgy at St Ignatius in Annandale (35 Birch St E)
- 12:00 pm: Lunch
- Debrief and closing prayer
- Any final filming for video
- 3 pm: Check out. Although after the Sunday brunch, many of us will be packing up and leaving.
