11th Day Prayer for Peace, 6/11, 7/11

Our Lady of the Presentation Chapel
1890 Randolph, June 11th, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Since 2001, on the 11th of every month, we come together to pray for the unmet needs of our time.

In June join us for a very special Peace Prayer with the St. Joseph Workers. The theme will focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. For questions, contact Marty Roers.

Note: There is no 11th Day Prayer for Peace in August.

The Breakfast is free and you can learn about the CSJ Ministry Sarah’s…An oasis for Women. This is a place for women in transition who need a year or two to get their education or a job. It is in a setting that promotes community and support for women who prepare to move into their own place.

Volunteering Opportunity: Dream of Wild Health Farm

Third Fridays
9:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Join the Native American Awareness Working Group and CSJ Community at the Dream of Wild Health Farm on third Fridays of summer months: June 21, July 19, August 16, and September 20. Meet at the Carondelet Center Peace Pole at 9:15 a.m., returning about 3:00 p.m.

I will not be sending out the regular July or August Opportunities due to my schedule, which includes a week June Retreat in Buffalo, MN; a week at the end of June in Spokane for a grand niece’s wedding; and two weeks at the end of July as a delegate to our Congregational Chapter in St Louis.
